Ramadan special: fruit chaat for iftar

It's very easy to make and delicious in taste. It's very Healthy to eat in iftar time and easy to digest ...

Ingredients:


  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • 1  Mango cut in cubes
  • 1  cup  grapes
  • 1  cup dates
  • 2  Apple cut in cubes
  • 1  pomegrant
  • 2   Guava
  • 3  bananas
  • 2  peach
  • sugar for taste
  • black pepper according to taste
  • lemon juice half cup

Direction :

Cut all the fruit in the bowl and add some sugar and black pepper to taste, add lemon juice and orange juice and mix it well. To enhance the taste you can add some chaat masala.

Fruit chaat is ready to eat in iftar.

Chicken roll for Ramadan

Its very easy to make and you can freeze it for Ramadan.
Ingredients:

  • Carrot 
  • Bell pepper
  • Boiled chicken
  • Cabbage
  • Black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Direction:
Take a pan heat some oil on medium flame and add carrot,cabbage,capsicum,and boiled chicken,cook it for five minutes and add salt and black pepper mix it well and off the flame. Make the thin paste of meeda for closing the samosa roll. Take samosa Patti add some material close the ends and roll it close it to apply meeda paste. Take oil for deep frying and add roll in hot oil fry them,until they become brown. Serve them with ketchup.
It's delicious in iftar.
